The Role

Forming part of the managerial team this role will involve liaising with suppliers and dealers, both verbally and electronically.

Duties
• Providing daily advice and guidance to partners (both customers and suppliers) in relation to a wide variety of compliance matters
• Investigation of non-conformances
• Investigation of customer complaints and implementation of corrective and preventative actions based on trending and analysis of data
• Document control, writing manuals and updating brochures etc
• Supplier Approval
• Managing the technical indicators
• Reviewing internal Work Instructions and practices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Ideally, knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience of Quality Management Systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels internally and externally
• Organisational skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Logical and analytical approach
